The book's model, practised with your team
Jerry has lived and worked in Europe for more than three decades and founded Redmond Consultants in 2014. The four behavioral colors grew out of his work with tax advisers, auditors, and international teams across Germany.
The book explains the model. The workshop is where a team applies it: to its own meetings, feedback, and the misunderstandings it already knows.
Questions before you enquire
Is the workshop only for teams with problems?
No. Most teams book it to work together better before problems grow. It also suits new teams and groups that mix departments or cultures.
In which language is the workshop delivered?
The workshop is delivered in English.
Can the workshop be tailored to our team?
Yes. The exercises use situations from your workplace, such as client meetings, feedback, or handovers between departments. We agree the focus with you before the session.
Do participants need to read the book or take the assessment first?
No. Both are useful preparation but not required. Everyone finds their own color during the workshop.
Is the color model a personality test?
No. It is a reflective tool for recognising behaviour and communication preferences, not a clinical or psychological diagnosis.
