Our Founder

Jerry Wayne Redmond

Jerry Wayne Redmond is the founder of Redmond Consultants e.K., and he holds a diploma in human resources management from the Adjutant General Institute in Indiana, USA. He is an expert in intercultural training and business development, and gives lectures on language acquisition at IBA University in Kassel, Germany.

He is the author of the book "The Key to Successful Human Interaction Is Knowing Your Color!", a guide to understanding and successfully dealing with the four behavioural colours. He advises companies on conflict minimization based on his findings and studies of the four behavioural colors.

American-born and based in Europe for over three decades, Jerry has successfully helped many internationally positioned companies improve their language skills in auditing, taxation, and various other professions.
